Divorce Questions!?!?!?!?!?

My husband of 5 years asked me for a divorce this morning and I am 10 week preganet what do I do? Do I asked for child support now or what I have never been this confused before in my life! when I told him I was having the baby he said he wanted no part of it but its his and I just dont think it right for me to have to strugle to raise this baby with out his help emotionaly and fincnaily

Well he doesnt have a choice. You cannot get support for a child that is not born yet, however you can file so that the day it is born you are getting what is right. Thats ashame. He doesnt know what he is missing he might change his once the kid is born.

See if you can find a lawyer to do "pro Bono" work for you.A lawyer will be able to help. Or at least go to the court house and see if they have a self help center with child support and spouse maintenance information.

That is why they have child support. You will be fine raising the baby but defiantly get child support. Ask the Attorney General Office what you need to do. Your social services office should also be able to point you in the right direction. You Have the baby to think about it is your priority now and let your husband go he will regret not being in the child's life but he will still need to pay.

It dont matter if he dont want to be appart of it or not. He is responsible for that baby too. He will have to help you out with any expenses that you have. You should get a lawyer and discuss this with him ASAP.
