i'm currently seeing this amazing guy....his name's james...he's mixed...he's african american and mixed with white....race doesn't matter to me at all....he is 6'0, and is a little "big"......maybe the right word is overweight....i'm of middle eastern descent, my height is 5'7...and weight is 120 pounds. do u think we would make a good couple ???we have just started going out (like a week ago)...and so far, things are amazing...i like james and his personality that's why i'm going out with him, instead of going out with some other guys who asked me out....my concern is his weight tho...he's fairly big...

If you really like James and you don't care what he looks like, then nothing should stand in your way. You should ask yourself if your relationship will work not ask us yahoo users. We will only say 'yes' or 'no' without any real explanation because we don't know much about you guys. Imagine if he lost weight, would you still like him? Or would you still like him the way he is? Beauty is just on the outer skin. You have to realize what's inside that counts the most. =)

If things are so amazing what are you worried about? Let nature take its course and stop worrying about his weight. If he starts packing on more find out what his intentions are with you and if he is serious he will realize you and his health are the most important things. Its too soon give it some time see what happens and take it from there. If he is serious you can kindly start up a conversation about keeping in shape and good health you don't want to lose him to diabetes or heart attack.I am sure he will understand especially if you mean that much to him.
