...suddenly get Hepatitis C positive then what should she do now? One of my female relative got married recently having hepatitis C positive discovered afer her marriage.She is at this moment in perfect health condition.

Assuming she's properly doctored up (as she must be to identify the illness as Hep C), she can do pretty much whatever she was going to do, except have children or drink.
