I've had a pain in my upper right chest area. Above the pectoralis muscle. It's will start off as a big pain, like, something was dug into me, and then it'll turn to a ache until it goes after about 30 minutes. I didn't think much of it, but the past few days it has gotten really bad. I don't want to see the doctor, i see no point as it probably isn't serious. But as the pain has been getting more regular and more painful, im starting to worry. Any suggestions on what it is, and how i can stop it? It's kind of hard to explain, im sorry

Please go see a doctor. Chest pain is nothing to ignore. On the other hand, chest pain is often harmless. I have severe chest pain often. It starts like yours does, and can get so bad it hurts too swallow, breath deeply or raise my right arm. Sounds bad, but isn't really serious. There is trigger point there that causes the pain. Heat and vibratory massage helps. The point is, whatever it is, don't worry about it. Go to a doctor first, just to be careful. If nsaids don't help, try rest, heat and massage. I know why you can't explain it. But I have the same problem so I understand. btw, I'm NOT a health professional. Only your doctor can tell you if it is serious.
