I am 27. I've been having sex for years, but have never been on the pill or shot or patches or anything like that. I am manic depressive with a thyroid condition, so I don't want to be on anything like pills or patches..... I don't want anything that effects weight or horomones. I have recently started a monogamous sexual relationship. We've been using the pull-out method, but I hate that. We both hate rubbers.......I've been looking into things like IUDs or cervical caps...... Any of you been on a long-term, non-drug birth control method that you would reccommend to someone?? Much appreciated.
