...health problem i have please i find i have to say,? do and think things in a correct and perfect way then i can find myself analyzing each situation to make sure it is correct and perfect if i feel it was not done correctly and i have done it wrong i will worry about it and go over it in my mind again and again can anyone give me any advice as to what this is thankyou for your time

There are several mental disorders that would result in this. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is only one. You are obsessive. There are meds that can help you, and therapy can help. You need a professional psychiatrist to diagnose you, though. Otherwise, you'll treat for the wrong illness or disorder. Go to a doctor and ask for a referral, or go to a free mental health clinic and get a diagnosis. People on the Internet can only guess and you need some real support from a trained professional, okay?

It's mostly likely OCD (over compulsive disorder). It has to be perfect, and your brain can't trust itself, that it did whatever the job was right. Does this problem occur in other places other than that? You also second guess yourself, so you doubt your answer is right, but most of the time the first answer is the right answer.
