...safe to have sex with/without a condom? I used one of those Monistat things 3 days ago with just the pill you insert and i feel completely fine now, is it still possible to pass the infection to my boyfriend even if we use a condom?(F.Y.I. i'm not a total nympho he's just been in camp for the past 2 weeks and is leaving in a few days)

Just because you like to have sex with your bf doesn't mean you're a nympho - regardless of the circumstances you're in.Either way - passing on a yeast infection even DURING treatment... is.. eh, I mean.. it CAN happen, yes - but.. it's one of those things that really does NOT happen that often.Either way, if you've passed the three day treatment window and you're not symptomatic, you really don't need to worry about passing anything.With the three day treatments the first dose usually gets it, and the last two are really just sort of buffers to fight off a recurring outbreak. Kind of like taking antibiotics for 10 days even though you feel fine after 2 or 3.
