serious mental problem..?

I know i have social anxiety ( been diagnosed) and i havent told anyone, but i think i may be suffering from cd ( obsessive compulsory disorder..) a really bad one?I keep seeing random images in my head..as simple as a house to absolute terror....sometimes voices in my telling me what to do..? being highly conscious of my phyiscal image and..most disturbing is...i keep seeing ( i know this is really gross)..maggots, bugs..just popping up.is this all part of ocd or am i seriouse mental here..too embarassed to see a doctor..yetthanks.

Those aren't symptomes of OCD. You may have schizophrenia, talk to your doc, he can give you medications that can control those symptomes.I don't think it's psychosis either, they usually become detached from reality altogehter. Are you experiencing paranoia as well?
