you want to waite till she is done feeding. the meds will go to the pups thru the milk and hurt or over dose the pups and kill them. After she is done feeding and the pups are COMPLETELY off of her and on to food,you want to give her along with the pups some wormer meds. This comes in a liquid form.Pups get worms from the mother and her milk plus all the pups waste the mother eats when pups go.Also give the pups a (5 or 6 way shot) ask around and some one will be able to tell ya where to get it. Or just take all to a vet.
