I quit my second job which was part-time to hang out with my family and my sister and try and hang out with my friends and my boyfriend. However, when people do not call or I am with my family I feel anxious like I need to be on the go constantly. I was working 65 hrs a week now I am working a normal 40 hrs a week and I cannot RELAX! What is my problem? Do I have some sort of disorder? Insite anyone? Why do I feel anxious though?Do I need to take pills or go to the beach?

I have had similair things, There is nothing seriously wrong with you, you just need to relax and do some meditation techniques. Learn to be comfortable in your own company.

~~*~~ It seems as though you have not yet adjusted to your new schedule. It takes 4 weeks to get into a steady and comfortable schedule (mentally and physically). If after 4 weeks, you still feel anxious, try talking to your Dr. You may have an anxiety problem. I have this problem and have been taking low dose Celexa. I feel so much better than I used to.Also, try going to a counselor. Any good one can teach you proper relaxation techniques. Take it easy! It seems as though this is one more thing that you do NOT need to stress over. I hope you get settled in soon. Enjoy your time with your family friends!! Added: If the pills are needed, then do both, pills and beach! Only a pro can tell you for sure!
