Technically, since it has no calories, no fat, and no carbs. Diet drinks are what I like to call "Free" All of them are like that.

cola of any kind to someone trying to loose weight is a big no no. you could try tea, it comes in different varieties nowadays but water, for me, is still the best option. and try reading labels for calories and sugar content, it will help you immensely..

technically, no, it shouldn't. but water is a better idea just because it is better for you. not to mention diet soda keeps your taste buds used to sweet tasting things, so it won't help you if you're trying to break the habit of eating sweets.

if u wanna lose weight, simply cut out a few slices of lemon and drink with plain water (with the skin). You don't need to squeeze the juice, or add sugar, or anything. Just keep drinking it about 6 glasses/day.i recommended you to drink it from bottle so that you can just refill the water and still using the same slice of lemon for the whole day.

I think taking diet drinks or any artifical sweeteners is not a long term solution for weight loss.To have effective weight loss that is lifelong, you have to reduce your dependence on sugar and anything sweet.Drinking diet coke means you still have to drink something sweet. This is what I did. I started reducing bit by bit my sugar intake. Now that's easy. The success part comes when you have reduced to almost none (in my case, still 20%), you will find diet coke, regular coke, commercial desserts, cakes and biscuits, candies and so on, much too sweet. They don't taste nice anymore and you wonder how on earth, you could consume all those in the past. You have then reduced your dependence on sweet things successfully!!In doing so, weight loss is always the end result, plus improved health.Xiaozhenhttp://lowcarblowfathighfibrehighprotein.blogspot.com
