6 weeks, 3 days pregnant..lower right abdomen

pain but no bleeding? I am currently 6 weeks, 3 days pregnant. I have had some lower right abdominal pain but no bleeding. It feels like my uterus is stretching. I haven't had any sickness yet only some breast tenderness. The pain is worse when I am standing or walking. What should I do? Since I have no bleeding or spotting should I just assume it is stretching? Should I go to the Dr right away??The pain has really subsided. It is not unbearable. More annoying than anything. I called my Dr. office and talked to a nurse. She said that "it is nothing to be concerned about at this point." I have no bleeding. So I am gonna relax and just enjoy being pregnant!

You are fine. Absolutely right on the stretching. Everything in there is growing and putting stress everywhere. I also had these pains in early pregnancy. GL

I'm 25 weeks and still get this pain. So long as it isn't severe and you have no bleeding or discharge, you should be fine. To ease your mind, call your OB and talk to a nurse about it. Thats what they're there for. :-)

it can be stretching but its better to see your doctor to be safe
