My Golden has fur missing form his right front foot and you can see the skin and it's red and I think it's getting bigger. Also, his back right foot always hurts when he goes out on the snow and starts limping in 5 mins of being outside. I took him to a vet a long time about that and she said it was an allergy. PLEASE HELP ME!! I don't know what to do!

I'd go to another vet - to say "an allergy" and not have any recommendations for you is not very good care. An allergy to what? And what can you give him for it? Take him to a vet and let the vet see the problem and get a full diagnosis and treatment.
Follow back up with the vet.If she says its an allergy - ask if he can take Benadryl. Usually a dog can take 1-3 milligrams for every pound of dog. But your vet can give you an exact dose.

Is your dog licking it alot. It could be turning into whats called a lick itch syndrome, The dog licks because it's itchy, It's itchy because she licks.Try putting RAWLEIGH"S SALVE on it, or ask your vet for a cortisone cream. Try washing it in an allergy formulated or oatmeal shampoo. You could take her to see a canine allergy specialist.Try clipping the hair away from the area and generally keeping it clean with betadine. If she is licking it an Elizabethan Collar might be an option that you may also want to try.
