if you do not want to get abortion, if you dont want to get prengancy problem then i think you should really need some guide for the safe period for sex life.

its not a bad, its more good than using contraceptives. only the thing you need is to remember the time of your menstruation periods.

i suggest, the 1st 10 days of gal's pregnant is safe days for having sex without any contraceptives, because some couple, pair has a allergy of using the contraceptives. and its safe days too.

but this is still a risk, because some Dr. says that there is no safe days. but till the date, its called a safe days by many people.

I am following this 5 days before-after method. I am safe after 5 days of my menstruation and 5 days before it. This is also risky but it depends if the girl's period is regular, you will not have any problem with it.

not necessaraly. Those little swimmers can live for days inside the body and just as external factors can cause unexpected delays in ovulation, they can cause the body to ovulate early as well.

I'm not trying to knock this- women have used it for centuries, but you might want to use some sort of spermicide as well.

Same here. I heard that rhythm method is safe, my husband try to convince me on this, yet I am still doubtful, also this kind of method need careful evaluation of girl's mentrual period for months or even a year to be effective.

Rhythm method is not reliable. This is true if your period is irregular. This happens because of the change in our body metabolism. Using a rubber is still much reliable.

i guess it largely depends on the female's menstruation cycle and the rubber method is pretty easy but i m not sure if it actually gives 100% protection.

You're never safe with unsafe sex. As the sperm may stay alive inside the women.;)
