...i be? I am going to be join the marines after my A levels and i currently am just starting them so i will be trying out for the marines in 2 years. I am wondering what level of fitness i should be to pass the poc (potential officer course), what should i be able to do physicaly to assure success?500 press ups 500 sits up?? You get what i mean, what should i beable to do to atleast give me a chance of passing the POC.All suggestions are welcome. Preferably someone experienced in this to answer.Thanks.I no i should be at the maxium fitness, but i need something to look to, like an acheivement e.g. 300 press ups
