My dog has black hole like spots on her stomach?

My dog has small black,hole like spots on her stomach. They aren't holes, but they look like it. My sister thinks it might cancer, im not sure. Does anyone know what this might be?No, its not her nipples. You can see her nipples.

It may be a sign of cancer......I would take your dog to the vet ASAP
