Help I have back problems?

I have these little bumps on myback that feel like little grains of sand. Is there like someone that professionaly takes them off. My dermatologist just gives me a prescribed soap but it doesnt help and there are hard to reach places. I thought of that but I live alone. Is there like a zit popper(eew) or something? I dont know. What I do know is that its summer and I feel like the whole world notices.

the soap i guess should do it get some1 tohelp you. you can do somewhat of a back facial to it that should help too

There is a zit popping tool you can get at a drug store, but you will need someone to do it for you.

Wash with a loahfa to exfoliate it each time you bath. Isn't a short term fix but it will help.
