maintain my weight? How many will result in weight loss? And how many would i burn off regardless (whats myBMR RATE) i am 16 , male, weigh 105 pounds and am just about 6ft.i am very active, walk nearly everywhere e.g. home, take long routes, and go to the gym once a week. i usually take 2 walks a day that burns off around 500-600 calories so take that into account.
