I'm completely incontinent and have been to a gynecologist and a urologist. Neither could find a problem that could cause this. I have Scoliosis and degenerative disc disease and go to a pain management center for chronic pain treatment. Could these conditions be related?

It certainly can. I find it hard to believe that the urologist and gynecologist didn't consider it, assuming they knew. Degenerating discs can bulge and put pressure on the nerves that control bladder and bowel functions. See a neurologist or a neurosurgeon to explore the possibility and to talk about treatment options. Good luck.

Yes, try an MRI. You may be having a neurogenic bladder. Nerves to the bladder actually originate from your back
