Strange feeling in abdomen...anyone know what this...

...could be? Yesterday I had a sort of cramping feeling, but my period isn't due for a week and a half. Today I feel like all of my muscles...um, down there are sore. Like a sore/pulled muscle feeling in my uterus area. I am tired as well.Anyone ever felt this before? Thank you so much for your help.Oh, by the way...I am 26.

It could be a few things.Maybe a hernia, a strained abdominal muscle, or a muscle pull. Usually when you have a hernia there is a lump. That is a tear in the abdominal wall, and it happens extremely easily. A strained abdominal feels odd, but not very painful, a little sharp at times. You should check it out. Hernias are very serious, and they can lead to your intestines wrapping around your belly button and ultimately death. I don't mean to scare you, but it's true, and in some cases it can only be repaired through surgery. Good luck.
