i'd say the best way would be to:a) cut out fats and sugars b) drink a lot of water... a LOTc) at least 3 fruits a dayd) balanced meals with more vegetables, less carbse) smaller meals.. no seconds or thirds.. preferably no deserts for the first 3 monthsf) only 3 meals a dayg) excersise at LEAST 30 minutes a day then work your way up. this doesn't mean any hardcore running or cardio... try a little bit of jogging, as much as you can handle, and some pushups or situps. do as much you are comfortable and try set goals for yourself.h) MOST IMPORTANT: don't give up!! you probably won't see amazing results in the first 2 weeks or so. but stay committed and no cheating at ALL for the first 3 months. we all know what the bad foods are so avoid them! good luck!

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to make a permanent lifestyle change for the healthier. This includes eating a better diet with more “natural” or whole foods instead of processed. Drinking water instead of soda and juice, and getting lots of exercise. It’s ok to have something you really love that isn’t that good for you every once in a while, but don’t over do it, and always add a little more exercise when that happens. This takes a lot of work and commitment, but not only will you look better, you will feel better, have more energy, and reduce the risk of many diseases in the future!Diets only work while you’re on them.
