...problem? Sometimes, more frequently now, I start almost panicing and getting extremely nervous. I feel like when your on a roller-coaster and your stomach drops. I used to only feel like that once in a while, but lately, for the past month, I've been feeling like it everyday, particularly at night-time. It's a nervous feeling, sort of like before your first day at a new school or a new job, but there's nothing to be nervous about, but I constantly feel like someone is gonna find out some secret about me, or that someone is talking behind my back. It happens at least twice a day, ususally more, and the feeling lasts for anywhere between 10-30 minutes. I get extrememly depressed and feel like killing myself when I reach the lowest point of the feeling, but then after a little bit more time, it goes away and I'm back to normal. It's very dabilitating and happens at random times, like shopping with friends. What's wrong, and how can I fix it?

it seems you have some deep issues you dont realize or do realize and dont admit to.......the problem seems more psychological manifesting itself physically. handle the psychological issues first the physical issues will work themselves out..........

maybe you are overcoming some recent anxiety that you don't know how to deal with. if there is a particular thought you have that reaccurs, try talking to someone close to you about it, it may just be hormones but it usually isn't that extreme. who knows maybe talking to someone about it will make you realize what it is you are temporarily stressing about. good luck, and people will listen

It sounds to me like you're having anxiety attacks. The best thing to do is to get some books on anxiety (self help books) and just read through the relaxation techniques. Doctors will only prescribe you pills and go through the same things with you that a book would. But you can always see them too.
