I found out he was inbred, can that be it?

My dog has the same problem, We took her to the vet and found out she has been biting at her fur!Other than that it could have always been like that.Id take them to the vet!

There are many things that it could be. Ringworm, fleas, maybe he is pulling his hair out, Mange is a possibility, like the others said, if we can't see him, we can't tell what's wrong.

could be a skin allergy or fleas a trip to the vets would be best.. for both diagnosis and treatment...

well it sounds like you dog may have flea's or maybe even mange. witch if it has mange you will have to get it some med. from the doctor and you should wash you hand every time you pet the dog do to the fact that you can get it to..or it could even be that the dog has ring worm witch there is a med for that too
