Mental problems, do they use this as a crutch?

In the news a Ohio student had mental problems, as if this is the reason for him kill others and himself.I was trying to say the media has to label everything. Two people with the same illness should react the same way but one kills the other don't, there has to be another factor.

if guns were illegal then the issue of mental issues wouldnt even be considered. the fact that anyone can get a gun in america is wrong. they say guns dont kill people and that people kill people. well sorry but the bloody gun helps!!!

I am diagnosed bi-polar. No one ever gave me a break for it. Infact, I usually get put in jail for my actions. Getting a plee of insanity is near impossible these day. They have way too many methods of proving you are able to devise right from wrong. If they do determine you are insane, they determine who is responsible for allowing you to be free enough to hurt someone.
