hard to breathe only sometimes. Please help me.? I am almost 15. Yesterday and today I have been experiencing difficulty breathing, but only sometimes. It is like and off/on kind of thing. For 30 minutes or sometimes even an hour or an hour and a half, it is difficult to breathe.Also, this happens several times a day. and not just once. I have to take deep breaths. I have not had asthma before, but might have developed it. Please help me figure out if I do have it or not. ( and its not allergies.) lol

i think if you have smoke...please don't smoke again....because my friend have same with your problem and doing more exercise...
