I surfed the web to find a suitable forum to make this post. For the first time in my life, I'm lost for what to do.

I'm in my late 50's, a body builder, in great shape, work full time in an office setting, all the normal stuff. Married, but not happy. Staying married for convenience since it's my second marriage. Don't feel like going through the hassle again at this point, and so on. 4 years ago my wife cheated on me, only for a week, but that was enough to make me and put me where I am today. I've just gone on with life. We don't sleep together, we don't share the same bedroom. I stay busy, I have not been looking for another woman. Met a few, even a few who tried to get me to stray and be with them, but no interest.

Situation: I met this black woman a while back at my office. Something about her just through my heart into spasms. Every time I was around her, it was the same feeling, and it got more and more intense.

She used to go the gym in her 20's she said. I talked her into joining our gym across the street from our office building. I go everyday at lunch time. We started going together over there 4 days ago. I am acting as her personal trainer with all the new machines and stuff there.

Folks, I am crazy now about this woman. This the first black woman I have felt this way about, but I can honestly say she has stolen my heart, and she has no idea that she has. All I can think about is her, 24/7.

What the hell should I do? Wait it out and see if she picks up on it? She would have to sooner or later.

This is killing me.

Well, I see no one has any suggestions. That's ok. I forgot to mention, I'm a white male, this is the first time I have fell for a black woman. Again, she does not know that, I don't think anyway. But after today, she might have an idea, or maybe I am being scared about it.

As her personal trainer, at the gym today at lunch, we were doing tricepts on the pulley maching using the v bar. I stood behind her to steady her elbows which were moving out of position during the excercise. I was showing her the proper technique. She accidently fell backwards against me for a second and I swear I almost had a heart attack. I know I took a huge breath.

I've got to figure this out. She drives me nuts!
