My cat's third eyelid has been almost halfway closed

My cat's third eyelid has been almost halfway closed over her eyes for the last few days...? i brought her to the vet but he said he couldn't see anything wrong. But i'm pretty sure there is, any ideas?

Has your cat had all of it's shots? If not, it's probably "getting something".....Did that vet check for runny nose, etc? The third eyelid is usally a good indicator that the cat isn't feeling well. Go to a different vet....it sounds like a respiratory disease....Maybe a different vet will be more knowledgeable and persevering. Good luck.........

eye infection or irratation.....try rinsing it with luke warm water....and go to a animal pharmacy and get some eye ointment or dropsit sounds like what happened to some kittens I rescued and they were fine after I regularly used the cream If after a week it gets worse or doesnt go away go to a Different vet and ask his opinionBut moniter it if the symptoms get worse in a day or so dont wait..go to the vet it may be serious, after all it could be something else

I only see inner eyelids here, when my hairy kids dont feel well. Maybe not an upper respitory infection,sometimes just an upset tummy. Keep watching. If she starts throwing up or wont eat or you see other non normal behavior..recall your vet.
