well I experieced this I am 13 and I went to a mental home four for days straight cause for doing stuff to my self that I shouldn't have been doing and trying to comit stuff well I suggest a therapist cause I have a theripist sykyratrist and they helped me alot!

Well with a mental problem you will notice that friends and family will stop asking you to events, they may be scared to be around you.With a attitude problem your friends and family will just tell you to shut up and not be a jerk.If either one is causing you grief, then you should talk with a professional.
