my girlfriend and i started dating about 11 years ago.when we met she had 3 kids from 2 different men aged 7 6 and 3.we fell in love and soon i moved in with her and the kids.we had our ups and downs like im sure all couples do.about 3 years ago we fought and separated for a few months and then she starts dating someone else.what hurt me the most was that she brought this guy home in front of the kids.she swears nothing ever happened.well we made up and he was out of the picture.honestly i tried to forget but i cant.then last year we fought again and this time she went and slept with a friend of hers.again she brought the guy home in front of kids and again she broke my heart.well me being an idiot we got back together again.let me tell you im a nice guy but have a drinking problem.sure i say stupid things when i drink but i think im lashing out because of the past.never ever got physically violent with her.my problem is i cant stop thinking about these guys in my bed.what to do

tell her its bothering you.i know how your feeling, shes making you feel like your cheap and replaceble.shes done that twice come on now..i think its time for you to be with someone that deserves your love. you seem like a nice guy.you should start going to AA meeting. look in the yellow pages you'll find a number there and they are very helpful and confidential, get some help
