Can an employee file a stress workers comp

claim while being fired? It's a wrongful termination and this whole ordeal has me very stressed out. I have 2 weeks to respond to the notice. can I file a stress claim while I am still an employee?

Not in 49 states, but unfortunately California has those silly laws.
