First wash your hands. and dry them, if your finger is too wet the contact will slip off. Rinse the contact with Saline soloution and then position the contact on the tip of your finger, make sure it's not inside out, Use your other hand to pull down on your bottom eyelid while opening your eye as much as you can. Look up at the ceiling and apply the contact to your eye underneath your pupil, pushing just enough to get the air out and make a seal. While your fingertip is still on the contact, roll your eye down from the ceiling and position the contact over your pupil. Once it feels secure remove your finger and blink slowly a couple of times to make sure its in place. Avoid rubbing your eyes while wearing contacts, they will fold up inside your eyelid and aren't fun to get out. Hope this helps
