keep your self occupied . An idle mind will take you to evil . when you feel like you are going to slip , call one of your support members . also getting a hobby , or going to the gym , take a walk , (not to the nearest bar ) keep your mind busy from the thought of drinking . i have been sober 25 years , Good Luck and God Bless

Trivia:Jongbong is an English teacher... teaching Koreans...He is just around... he was sick but is really fine now...and he is going to get married next year.uh huh... a lot of people here are jongbong fans...^^

i don't think jongbong needs rehab...his drinking is under control - only does it with his friends here at YAP. gosh, i hope he's not sick...if he is, i wish i could bring him some OJ...get well soon, jongbong. YAP is only half the fun without you and your big tummy.
