My 2 yr old Yorkie has spinal meningitis?

She has some control of her neck and her front left paw. The paralysis was sudden. She has been at a very good hospital for 5 days. The MRI indicated the infection is about the length of 6 vertebra and located near her neck. 1. What are the odds of full recovery? 2. She is on pain meds and steriods. They work her muscles manually and electronically. Do pets recovery faster in a medical facility or surrounded by loved ones?

I Hope that things work out for you like they did my family. We had a 8 year old yorkie with the same thing and with the care that the vet gave her she is fine. Your in my thoughts I hope things work out for you.
