Abortion before any child.

i have heard that abortion is dangerous in young age and even its dangerous if you do not have any children. abortion might effect your fertility power. is this true..? someone told me that there might be chances of not getting pregnant again if abortion goes wrong. how much is this true..?

There are risks involved in any medical procedure. An abortion is a medical procedure. There is a risk of infection. This is much more predominate in areas where abortions are illegal, and performed under less than ideal conditions.

There is a much lower risk in the hands of an experienced, licensed doctor.

yes there are risks in every medical procedure and its more important that with whom you are getting treatment. so you should be better consicous while getting a doctor.

I think there probably is an element of truth in that rumour - in certain circumstances. If the pregnancy is terminated early and it's just a case of giving medication like mifepristone, then that's relatively safe and shouldn't leave any lasting damge. If, on the otherhand, a surgical procedure like dilation and curettage is needed then obviously the chances of something going wrong are increased.
