I just went thru the worst sinus for my whole pregnancy and I wouldnt take anything for it cos of my unborn child.I got in the shower and the steam helped and I would get in a hot bath with Vicks vapour rub on my chest and let the water hit it and breath it in along with lavender oil,When it was really bad I would catch hot water in my hand and stiff into each nostril and sniff it back and spit it out - sounds gross but the warm water would travel to my sinuses and clear them and soothe them! There are things you can buy from health food shop which do a similar thing to that (but all professionally- but it does the same as sucking the water up your nose)

I am a great believer in alternative and natural healing. I have suffered from sinus for more than 20 years. Tried alot of pills, and other medications, nothing works for a long time.Few months ago, using the power of intention , I experimented with drinking plain water, and i say some prayers over it, n giving it intent to clear my sinus, and then i take some of the water and splash over my face esp around the forehead and nose area.
