Kenneth , buy the best and most expensive bed you can with orthopaedic recommendations. I did over ten years ago and never regretted the £1,000 I paid. .

I suffer bad with osteoathritis and fybromyagia, and ould never get comfortable even though i tried about three different mattresses also bought a bed that i couldajust but to no avail, then as a last resort i invested in a Tempur matress and have never regretted it, I really do get a pain free sleep now, but it took a bit of time to get used to it, Im still in a lot of pain during the day but its easier to cope with if you get a good night sleep.Expensive but comes with a 20 year guarantee .and was worth every penny.send for the brochures ,and read for you,r self. Here is the address...PREASSURE RELEAVING MATTRESS AND PILLOW S.
