Well, the nose bleed has nothing to do with the antibiotics. Perhaps you have a sinus infection as well as pneumonia? You need to speak to your doctor if it happens again.

You should go and get your blood pressure checked, just in case that's the cause of the nose bleed.

The coughing caused the nose bleeds, not the antibiotics. often when you forcefully cough it puts pressure on the small capillaries in your nose as well.

think you are a casual pateint of epistexis and due to that you develoded pneumonia ,this nesal bleeding will not agrivated by antibiotics
