This is an interesting stuff I've read somewhere...
As little as 15 minutes of hypnosis may significantly reduce the discomfort associated with breast cancer surgery and even reduce medical costs, according to a study conducted at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
I wonder, has anybody tried hypnosis in the first place? How did you handle it?
