problems with my right foot?

My right foot hurts so bad sometimes that it keeps me awake at night. If I'm sitting for a while at the computer or watching tv and I get up sometimes I can barely walk on it. I haven't hurt it lately, and there's no swelling or bruising of any kind. It hurts all along the right side of it. Could it be arthritis? I'm not that old, only 37!

I have been diagnosed with something called plantar fasciitis in both feet. It feels like a charlie horse in my foot. Mostly in my instep and heel though. You will have to have your doc check and if you don't need a referral you need either an orthopedist or better yet, a podiatrist. It's kind of like tendonitis in the feet. You can do a search for "plantar fasciitis" on any of the major health sites like http://www.webmd.com .Good luck! I hate it when mine flares up :(
