i really would like to lose 10 lbs. but it doesn't have to within like 2 1/2 months. i currently am 5 feet, 99 lbs and i eat alot but pretty healthy, and i run 20- 90 minutes aday.then i take a day off. i havent been getting much sleep, but i will work on that. please tell me how i can lose 10 lbs. without extreme dieting but eating healthy. thank u very much!

Eat smaller quantities of food 5 times a day and do 20 mins exercise a day

u may be eating healthy but not organising ur timing of eating . once u get off in the morning and take ur breakfast u need about four hours to burn what u eat so organise ur program by eating in a certain time with a law calories foods like fish ,roast meats and chicken and a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits by that with ur way of fitness program u must burn what u eat in the day . i will give a clue . start with oats and skimmed milk with a coffee or tea in the breakfast and u eat in the lunch time a full square meal like soup+roast chicken with steamed vegetable +an apple .in the dinner u eat tuna fish with green salad with this program ur sleeping will be normal and your life will really changed because u give ur guts some vitamins and minerals that it needs good luck.
