what is the cause for human kidneys's disease?

Among the cause of kidney disease could be excessive intake of refined products, supplements and chemicals in our body... especially when we dont drink enough water.. can you imagine how hard your kidney has to work to expell all the toxins from your body??
Maybe some of you out there can share your view with us... :)
