8. I'm a full time firefighter and this year my schedule happens to have me working Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas. Since I'm at a very busy station and work 24 hour shifts being around the family today wasn't much fun, I was a zombie...

I would say 1, because christmas and all the preprations are over, there isin't anything to actually be stressed about. It's all relaxation for now.

7 or 8. I'm always stressed out, even when I'm sitting there doing nothing. Got heart problems because of it. :(

Hi Suzi, My stress level at the moment is 1, this is due to having a very good day with friends and coming back to my home with my dogs and relaxing in front of the computer and answering question. I have a very nice drink in front of me and I love to be able to spend a little time helping people who are in trouble. Best wishes and a happy new year. Peter

guess you should clarify 1 as hardly anything or is that most severe.. and what is 10..... some people do scales differently.. but anyway... I am at about 8 ( 10 being high). I don't get to spend time with anyone because I have pneumonia. I missed out on the big family christmas. it sounds like my mom got me a crudey gift in the gift exchange. My parents don't even come to visit me today.... it really sucked. I am really stressing over money.. I have this problem of using my credit cards as if I have money to pay them back. which I plan to do... just will take time.... I live alone and have so much to do.... to try to keep this place nice...
