since sunday night ive been having like pressure/ pain in my upper stomach, in the middle. it goes down to my lower stomach, but it doesnt have much pressure there. i have also been feeling more tired and it hurtsmore when i eat. it keeps me up at night i dont really have a fever or anything.they told me it was gass so i was taking stuff for gass and it didnt help.
