...pain, what can it be? This started happening saturday night. I never had my tonsils removed. Can it possibly be swollen lympth nodes or Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) Should I see a doctor?I'm 15. When I eat food & drink, my chest stings. I'm not sick at all.

Could very possibly be GERD (heart burn). You didn't give too many details, so it could be other things as well. Go see your doctor. Should be an easy fix
