Bumps on the back of my arms

I have had these small, white pimple like bumps on the backs of my arms for most of my life. For some reason, they seem to be getting worse. Does anyone know what these are or what causes them?

i have not ideas what those bumps could be, please visit your local dermatologist and ask for advice. perhaps its some kind of allergy.

Do u mean the scars or the pimply things? well i ve a lot of scars on the back of my arms and they just dont seem to go.. does anyone know anything on how to deal with such kind of things.

I think these might be caused due to heat, I think Sandalwood would be the best cure for this, but sandalwood is always costlier, and be sure that you buy the genuine sandalwood from market !
