...basket? I usually square my shoulders to the basket but when I look down (not in a game obviously but while I'm practicing) my feet are pointing a different direction. Are there any exercises that help squaring your feet? In other words, how I can practice squaring my feet correctly?

If your shoulders are really square, and your stance is balanced, your feet don't need to be "square" (within reason). Keep up the repetitions, and practice 500 free throws per day.

One Good Way To Do That Is To Get A Practice Partner And Try Getting Passes And Pivot To The Hoop.(it's Called Squaring Up).run, Catch The Pass And Pivot To The Hoop...as Simple As That.and Then Practice As Much As You Want Until You Do It Automatically.
