Don't worry. It's not so hard. Just remember that whenever you quote or paraphrase something, you need to document it in two places: at the immediate end of the sentence and in your works cited page at the end. Usually, when you document at the end of the sentence it looks like this (author, year). If you put the name of the author in your actual sentence, you can just put the following (year). For your works cited page...follow these guidelines:1. Centered at the top, write Works Cited (not underlined, bold, or a bigger font)2. put your sources in alphabetical order3. do not number them4. do not indent the first line of each source, but indent lines after them 5. follow a guide to put source information in order...such as this one.... http://library.duke.edu/research/citing/workscited/if you still need help...use a works cited generator website to help you such as http://workscited.tripod.com/ or http://rapidcite.com/ these sites allow you to enter information and it makes your work cited for you.

You could struggle to learn it all like I did as an undergrad and grad student or you could plop down $25 buck and buy this software program that will allow you to format your existing paper in proper revised APA style.http://www.perrla.com/Pages/1/2.aspxIt will even ask you what your authors names are? When was the book published? Where was it published? Who was the publisher? Boom it sorts it all out and property formats your bib. It is so easy that it is almost like cheating!Good luck,
