unborn Baby? I am extremley stressed at the moment over various things. I get so worked up and I start screaming and shouting at people when the annoy me. I have also been saying some really awful things to my boyfriend which then upsets him and we strat rowing again. I am 9 weeks and 3 days and I am really worried of what effect this is having on the baby. Is there anything I can take to calm myself or what? Its driving me insane. I cannot go one day without having a full blown argument with someone, which results in me getting worked up and lashing out.PLEASE HELP!!Thank you for all your answers, but I missed something out before - I yell and act the way I do because my boyfriend hits me. Maybe its time I leave.

You gotta get a grip. Yes, you could hurt your baby.Grow up a little, realize that the whole world does not exist solely to PLEASE YOU, and take things in stride rather than getting all worked up.

You need to chill out for real. You're only 9 weeks along. Do you want to miscarry? I think you need to think about the fact that you're carrying a life inside of you. That's something to treasure. Stop screaming like a banshee and tearing down the walls. Is all that necessary? If you and your boyfriend can't argue without you acting crazy then one of you needs to leave. You're putting unnecessary stress on your baby. There's not much you can take while you're pregnant and you don't need to be taking any Zoloft or anything like that. Just think about the life inside you and CHILL OUT!!!
