time, or enough time, to make good romance? Inspired by a previous question........joe j: yeah, but sometimes "someday" never comes, and "meanwhile" things are working themselves out......sorry for the A-Bomb, but, we got to stay on it, or else..........

Tell me about it. Both my girlfriend and I are on the go 24-7. She works fulltime and also carries a heavy graduate classload. I am just starting out with a big firm and for the first few years I am expected to put in 60-70-80 hours a week, which is why I am at the office on a weekend cruising Answers for some advice about what to do. When you have to plan out a date weeks in advance and then you are both so rushed and beat that all you want to do is go home and fall asleep, well it sure pushes Romance out the door. The only answer I know is...she will graduate and I will fit into the workflow, and then it will all come together. Meanwhile, we need to be patient and understanding with each other.
If you want a good romance, it means you have to put your heart into it, and not everything else.

I think many times we wait on the 'other' one to initiate the romance. I can be romantic for him if I want or I can wait on him to be romantic with me! Most times I wait!!! And I shouldn't. The right time depends on kids, jobs, family, and just your everyday life pattern. My husband and I work different shifts and sometimes our conversation is "Andrew had his last bottle at 4 he'll be ready for another one at 8, watch Emily she's been into everything today. Katy still has homework and Gabe isn't feeling well. I love you gimme' kiss bye" lol that can be a big issue when it comes to time!!!but I think that ''good romance'' is stolen in those times when you don't expect it or plan for it!

We can always make enough time -- finding the right time is the hard part. It does happen, though, even if it takes over 20 years :)
