Dedication is the best instructor. Set your goal and diet and stick with it. There are a lot of gyms that the instructor gives you your routine and then you do it alone. That worked for me. I think the personal intructors are way too expensive.

why lose weight if he loves you for who you are.you dont need it. instructors are for unmotivaded people.and people who have money. you could do it it yourself with a lil will power. i did

Yes you really need a fitness instructor. Make sure he or she is also dedicated to your weight loss plan. Some people make their own weight loss plan and they end up in the hospital. Some get ulcers because they do not eat anymore while some collapse because of exhaustion. They do not know the proper way of loosing weight. Also you need to know HOW to perform exercises correctly and attain the best results.

i feel your need to look better on your big day,every bride wants to fit perfectly on her wedding gown.but getting into fitness program is a lifetime commitment its not occasional...you need will power over a personal trainor.btw every gym provides fitness instructor for the members .goodluck!

I would suggest doing Oprah's "no eating anything after 7 PM diet" would help a lot. Sounds simple but it's really hard to do. No crackers, snacks or anything except water after 7pm.You could do the "no eating anything after 7 PM diet" in conjunction with your personal trainers' regimen. Try inquiring at Fitness First (has a branch in Trinoma) or Slimmers World (has branches all over Metro Manila)
